Built on years of international trade. Shaped for the next generation of logistics.
Our story began with our father’s work in international trade, particularly with Nigeria. Growing up around that business gave us first-hand experience of exports, container shipments and the relationships that keep goods moving across borders.
Working with different freight forwarders taught us what customers need—and where the experience could be better: clearer communication, reliable coordination and documents that are easy to find. We created Padite to bring together the shipments we manage, strengthen our negotiating position and work directly with shipping lines for competitive rates and more control over the service.
We also saw an opportunity to modernise an industry where too much still depends on scattered emails and manual processes. Padite brings a new generation of freight forwarding: personal attention, a connected client portal and AI-assisted workflows that help us work more efficiently. One place for your shipments, documents and decisions, with people you can count on behind it.

Co-founder · International logisticsDiego combines hands-on experience in exports and container logistics with a background in e-commerce and operations management. His work with suppliers, customers and logistics partners in Nigeria and West Africa has given him a practical understanding of shipment planning, documentation and day-to-day coordination. At Padite, he brings that operational experience together with digital tools to simplify processes, keep customers informed and make international logistics easier to manage.

Padite authorises your company email. On your first visit, select “First time here?” to activate your account and verify your email. You can then sign in with your password.
What can I find in my account?
Your shipments, estimated dates, containers, shared documents, quotations and Statement of Account. Each company can access only its own information.
Are dates and maps live tracking?
Padite updates shipment dates and milestones. Live vessel tracking is not connected. Dates are estimates and may change.
How do I review a Bill of Lading?
Open your shipment and select Draft BL. You can view or download the PDF and approve it when an approval request is available. Approval records who approved and when.
Where can I ask a question?
Leave a question within the shipment to keep the context with its documents. For urgent matters, email logistics@padite.com or call +34 683 37 82 98.
