2. Scope of information
This website presents international logistics coordination services. Routes, transport modes and service scope will be set out in an individual quotation, subject to availability, cargo requirements and destination conditions. An email enquiry is not a booking or a transport contract.
Estimated dates may change. Liability, insurance, costs, customs clearance scope and applicable terms must be specified in the quotation and contractual documents for each operation.
3. Intellectual property
Use of the logo, images and content requires the relevant rights. Commercial reproduction is not permitted without the operator’s or rights holder’s authorisation. Ownership and usage rights for supplied materials must be confirmed before launch.
4. Privacy information

Enquiries and quotations: the form stores your request and contact details in Padite’s system. When you submit it, your contact and shipment details will be used to respond and prepare the requested quotation. The legal basis will be precontractual measures where applicable (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or legitimate interests in responding to enquiries from company representatives (Article 6(1)(f)), as appropriate. This form does not request or obtain consent for marketing.
Technical data: hosting and access functions may process IP addresses and technical logs to provide and protect the service. Before commercial launch, actual providers, processor agreements, legal bases, processing locations and safeguards for any international data transfers must be verified.
Recipients: enquiries are not intended to be shared with third parties for advertising. Email and hosting providers, carriers and customs agents may be involved where needed for an operation. The operator must verify and provide information about the actual processing before operating.
Retention: enquiry data will be retained as needed to respond and, if a service is contracted, for applicable legal retention periods. Specific periods for unsuccessful enquiries, technical logs and customer documents must be defined and documented before launch.
Your rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by emailing logistics@padite.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). This version does not provide automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Cookies & external services
The website’s own code does not include analytics or advertising cookies, tracking pixels, external fonts or tracking local storage. Platform hosting and access controls may use their own technical mechanisms, which must be reviewed before commercial launch. Analytics and advertising are not enabled.
The portal map loads only when you select “Load external map”. Your browser then connects to OpenStreetMap and may disclose your IP address and technical data. Read its privacy policy. This action applies only to map loading during the current page session. Closing the page stops further connections from that page.
If non-exempt cookies or similar technologies are added later, the required information and consent must be provided before activation, with rejection and withdrawal options under applicable rules.
6. Client portal and public demonstration
The private client portal uses email and password authentication, with company-specific access authorised by Padite. Shipment records, documents, quotations and approval records are stored to provide the logistics service. Users can request quotations and bookings; carrier reservations are subject to confirmation by Padite.
The preview on the public website uses fictional shipment data, sample prices and demonstration documents. Its approval button does not approve a real document or send an email. The interactive preview map uses locally hosted Natural Earth data and shows a simulated vessel position, not live tracking.

Client portal
Account access uses email and password through Supabase Auth. Padite authorises users by email and assigns access to their company. Shipment records, documents and messages are stored to provide the logistics service.
